Human Factors (HF) Assurance of Alstom AVENTRA fleet to HF requirements. This included Cab and Saloon Physical Ergonomics studies, Human Error Analysis, Verification & Validation activities and support to Product Safety on the product safety case.

Using Human Factors tools and techniques to baseline as well as predict the cogntive workload of operators.
